	On Thursday April 10, 2004 I had a replacement fence erected by your company. I would like to make a few comments on the service I received from your employees. The salesman who came and gave me a quote was professional in his demeanor and explained with a catalogue the different fences that were available. The quote was in line with other companies but I did not feel comfortable with the other salesmen. Lisa was great at finding a time that met both of our agendas. I understand she went home at her scheduled time missing my return call to her. She then called me moments later from somewhere scheduling a better time for both of us. I trust you pay her for being on call when the customer needs her. The fence was erected by Sam and Bahrudin. I found them both professional in their workmanship and customer service. I am pleased at the time spent making sure everything was done to detail. I have received 2 compliments from strangers who have walked by.
